How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free on all orders over £20. For orders under £20, delivery is £2.95. 

Some postcode restrictions may apply.

We also offer a collection option from John Charles Aquatic Centre on club night (Monday evening) which is free of charge. If you need your order sooner, please put this in the order notes and we'll contact you to try arrange an earlier collection.

What is your delivery policy?

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. We will inform you of any delay and the reason for the delay as soon as we become aware of this. 

What’s the latest I can order for Christmas delivery?

For standard UK mainland delivery the last order date for delivery before Christmas is the 19th of December. For Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands the last order date is the 15th December.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to send orders the same or the next working day on a 48 hour service using Royal Mail or EVRi. You should therefore expect to receive your order within 2 - 4 working days on standard delivery. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland deliveries may take 4-5 working days from despatch. Please note that orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be despatched the next working day.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to the UK. We are only able to ship to residential and business addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security once you have checked out we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to. If you're not in when a delivery is attempted our courier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched we'll email you to confirm and notify you of the tracking reference. 

What if I am not in when you make a delivery?

If you are not going to be in, our courier will either leave the parcel with a neighbour or leave a card to advise you how to collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery.

My order has been damaged on delivery, what should I do?

If your order has been damaged in transit please email info@swimsport.co.uk or call us on 0113 360 9400, where one of the team will be happy to help.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
