About Us

Swimsport was born out of a passion to provide a curated range of high performance swimwear and equipment to help swimmers of all levels achieve their best.

We only offer products that we believe will stand up to regular use by competitive swimmers, for example by using chlorine resistant materials. This provides competitive and recreational swimmers with confidence our range of products will perform. 

We are a family run business operated by Matt and Lynsey. Matt swam competitively as a young child and both of us swim weekly to keep fit. Two of our children swim for the City of Leeds Swimming Club, with our youngest likely to join them in a few years time.

During recent years we’ve experienced purchasing plenty of swimwear and we've used this to enhance Swimsport's shopping experience for customers. Whilst we are a new business and need your support in establishing a strong presence in the industry, Matt brings significant experience of working at a senior level in sports retail since 2006.
